Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
At Medidate we believe in providing an equal service to all of our customers, and we work to make this website accessible to people with disabilities. We do this out of the belief that every person deserves to live with equality, dignity, comfort and independence.
Our commitment
We invest effort and resources in making the site accessible, so that people with disabilities can browse it comfortably and independently, and we keep improving the experience over time.
Level of conformance
The site has been made accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines. We aim to meet level AA.
What accessibility includes
The site is built with valid semantic structure, keyboard navigation support, sufficient colour contrast, alternative text for images, adaptation to screens and mobile devices, and the ability to enlarge text. You can also switch between a light and a dark display mode.
Browsing accessibly
You can navigate the site with a keyboard, using the Tab key to move between elements and the Enter key to activate them. You can enlarge or reduce the display using the Ctrl key together with plus or minus, and use common screen-reader software.
Exceptions and reservations
Some parts of the site, including third-party content that is not fully under our control, may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to work on improving accessibility, and every request will be reviewed promptly.
How to reach us about accessibility
Did you come across an accessibility issue, or do you have a suggestion for improvement? We would be glad to hear from you. You can contact our accessibility coordinator, and we will make every effort to respond quickly and fix the issue.
