Frequently asked questions
Does Medidate suit a reformer pilates studio with few spots?
Yes. Set an exact capacity for each class, for example 6 reformers, and the waiting list runs automatically. You can also set up private sessions with restricted access.
Can I sell both a monthly membership and a punch card?
Yes, as many plans as you like: punch cards with entries and expiry, and memberships with weekly or monthly limits, billed automatically or once.
What happens when a student goes on holiday?
Freeze her membership and billing stops. When she's back, unfreeze it and the system calculates a prorated charge for the rest of the month.
My students don't like downloading apps. Is that a problem?
No. They can book and pay in the browser too, through a class link or the schedule widget on your website.
