About Medidate
Medidate (מדידייט) is management software and an app for studios, classes, gyms and learning centers. It brings the schedule, class bookings, clients, memberships and punch cards, payments and receipts, automations and reports into one place.
The business owner works from a web dashboard, and clients book, cancel and pay in the Medidate client app or in the browser.
Any business that runs classes, training sessions or sign-ups: yoga and pilates studios, dance studios, personal trainers and gyms, classes and learning centers, clinics and sports clubs. It works for a solo teacher and for a team of teachers, trainers and front-desk staff.
It is easy to use, both day to day and when you need help.
It is stable, and reported issues are usually fixed within a day to a few days.
Support is human, available and effective.
You don't pay more as you grow: no extra charge for more teachers, students or documents, no setup fee and no sign-up or connection fees.
Medidate currently supports Hebrew and English, including a full right-to-left interface in Hebrew.
Both. The full management system runs in any browser with nothing to install, and students and members have a client app for Android and iOS. People can also book a class and pay in the browser, without the app.
Pricing and free trial
The monthly plan is 208₪ per month and the yearly plan is 178.34₪ per month (2,140.08₪ a year, 15% off). Prices include VAT. The price is flat and does not depend on the number of clients, classes, teachers or activity. There is no setup fee, and a one-hour Zoom onboarding session is on us.
Yes. There are two simple plans: a yearly plan paid up front with a significant discount, and a monthly plan paid month by month. You can stop either plan at any time.
No. We want to grow together with our customers, so everyone pays the same flat price per business, not per volume or success. Your success is our success.
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card. We believe in commitment by choice, not by necessity, so you can get to know the system before you pay a single shekel.
No. There are no extra charges and no setup costs. Your monthly or yearly subscription is the only payment to Medidate. Processing fees apply per transaction when you take payments through the system, but there is no fixed monthly fee for using the payments feature.
Payments and invoicing
Through Medidate you can accept any Israeli or international credit card, Bit and Apple Pay. Bit is available for one-time purchases, not for renewing memberships. You can also record payments received in other ways, such as bank transfer, cash or checks.
You can issue a receipt or tax invoice for every payment, manually or automatically, once you connect your invoicing account.
Medidate works with PayMe and Grow (Meshulam), two of the largest and best-known payment processors in Israel. Payments are secured to strict PCI standards.
The processing fee is 1% + 1₪ per transaction. It is deducted from each payment the business receives and goes to the payment processor. In addition, Medidate charges a 1% fee on the payer's side. There is no extra charge for connecting to the payment service.
For example: a client paying 100₪ for a class is charged 101₪, and the business receives 98₪.
The payer-side fee is what lets us keep the subscription price far below competitors, with no setup fee for payments.
When you process through Grow, Grow's built-in invoicing has no extra charge. A manual receipt issued directly from your Grow account costs 1₪ per document, but automatic or manual receipts issued through Medidate carry no extra charge.
If you withdraw less than 5,000₪ a month to your bank, Grow applies a minimum withdrawal fee of about 49₪. Above that amount it is already covered by the regular fees.
Yes. Medidate works directly with iCount, which provides invoicing and accounting services to many businesses in Israel. The connection itself is free, and Medidate customers get 10% off when they sign up for iCount. Each accounting document issued through the system costs about 0.15₪.
Clients, classes and bookings
Clients see your schedule in the Medidate client app and book a class, join a waiting list, cancel, or buy a membership, punch card or product from there. Owners and staff can also book clients and take attendance manually from the dashboard.
No. The client app is free for Android and iOS and very convenient, but clients can also book and pay without it, in the browser and on your payment pages. You can share a public page for each class and embed your schedule on your own website.
Yes. Waiting lists run automatically: when a spot opens in a full class or workshop, people on the list are notified and can take it.
Yes. You can set a trial price for each class, including 0 for a free trial, and every new client gets one trial class. The system marks who has already used theirs.
Yes. You decide how late clients can cancel a booking. When self-refund is turned off, clients send a cancellation request and you decide whether to approve it.
Yes. You can freeze a client's membership, for example during a holiday or an injury, and unfreeze it when they come back.
Getting started, switching and support
Switching is simple. Download Medidate's import file, paste your student list from your current system into it, and import everyone in one click. Our support team will help you at every step, including bringing memberships and punch cards up to date.
Yes. Medidate is built so anyone can learn it quickly. Every part of the system has explanations, and the site has a guide for each step, from sign-up to managing students. If you still have a question, our support team is happy to help.
Yes. You can reach us by phone, through our ticket system or on WhatsApp, and get a fast, professional answer from a real person.
Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is protected by sign-in and role-based permissions (manager, reception, teacher, assistant), so each staff member sees only what they need.
