- Download the import fileOn the Students page of the dashboard, click "Import list" and download the template: an Excel file with columns for first name, last name, email and phone.
- Copy your student listExport or copy your client list from your current system into the file. Our team can help at any step.
- Import in one clickUpload the file, check the preview, and all your students are in Medidate. Students who already exist are linked, not duplicated. Then update memberships and punch card balances and invite students to the app.
